RETREATS AT LUNGA
CREATIVE & WELLNESS WEEKENDS, FORAGING GATHERINGS & GUIDED WORKSHOPS ON THE ARGYLL COAST
Lunga hosts a small collection of fully catered retreats and multi-day events each year; relaxed, inspiring weekends shaped by good food; beautiful, cosy rooms in a house full of history; and time to learn, create and explore our incredible landscape.
Alongside our retreat partners, Fieldcraft Projects and their guest facilitators, we bring together fascinating workshops, incredible local food & drink, great conversations and slow moments, all wrapped in the atmosphere of a place that feels made for a gathering.

A quiet, hands-on day for anyone drawn to Scotland’s coastal wild foods and the ease of wandering this place.

FORAGING:
FOOD, MEDICINE AND FIRE

A long hands-on weekend exploring wild food, medicinal plants and the respectful use of the whole animal. Tamara Colchester, Blair Duncanson, Clare Holohan (medicinal herb specialist) and Matt Watson share their combined knowledge through foraging, seasonal cooking, herbal medicine and a communal fire feast, with Matt guiding the butchery and pit-roasting of a whole venison. A thoughtful, elemental gathering rooted in season, landscape and shared practice.
