Hon. Cecil Frances Hamilton was the daughter of Sir John James Hamilton, 1st Marquess of Abercorn and Lady Cecil Hamilton.
She was born on 19 July 1795.
She married William Howard, 4th Earl of Wicklow, son of William Howard, 3rd Viscount Wicklow and Eleanor Caulfeild, on 16 February 1816.1
She died on 7 July 1860 at age 64.
