  1. Craig morel: a natural stone dyke, with tales of pirate treasure
  2. Kilverie graveyard kilverrie stonesThe Parish church of Kilmarie is situated on the W shore of Loch Craignish on the summit of a small knoll and neighbours the ruins of a former township, Kirkton. It dates from the early 13th c. and is roofless but otherwise complete. It was repaired in the late 19th c. and further consolidated in 1926 with the exterior being heavily repointed. It was originally dedicated to St.Maelrubha of Applecross. This views looking NE show the remains of Craignish Chapel perched on the W shore of Loch Craignish, looking over to the collection of islands scattered across the loch. This church and associated carved stones are cared for by the Mid-Argyll antiquarian Society. Carved stones and Funerary monuments The church houses a number of carved stones, many of which were moved from the graveyard to the inside of the church in 1974. There are two Early Christian stones with the outlines Latin crosses, twenty-six Medieval tapered slabs and four medieval tomb-chests which are decorated with various mouldings including armed figures, animals and plants. There is also one post-Reformation grave slab.
